The Vow is an upcoming romantic drama film directed by Michael Sucsy, starring Rachel McAdams, Channing Tatum, Jeffrey Donovan, Lucas Grabeel, Sam Neill, Scott Speedman and Jessica Lange.

The film is based on a true story about a young woman who loses all recent memory in a car accident and struggles to rebuild her identity. It’s based on the book of the same title, which is the story of Kim and Krickitt Carpenter.

The film was produced by German film producer and director Bernd Eichinger who died of a heart attack in Los Angeles on January 24, 2011 at the age of 61. It is Bernd Eichinger’s final film before his death.

 

Movie2k Movies – The Vow Plot

Based on a true story about a young woman who loses all recent memory in a car accident and struggles to rebuild her identity while her husband tries to win her heart for the second time.

Real life couple Kim and Krickitt Carpenter wrote the book, “The Vow: The Kim and Krickitt Carpenter Story”, chronicling their story when two months after their marriage in 1993, their car was hit from behind by a fast-moving truck.
